Bugatti Type 13 & 23 Brescia

After the First World War, Bugatti managed to recover his pre-war work and continue his attempts to begin series production of his race and road cars. The Type 13 was the fruit of this work, it's lightness and 16 valve engine in race form helped it to success in the 1921 Brescia GP, hence the name given to the model. Bugatti took advantage of his racing success, and produced a road-going version, commonly know as the Brescia, which was successful enough to get the company onto a rapid path to glory.

Standard tyre fitment for the road-going Brescia was a 710x90 beaded edge tyre.
