Austin Healey 100 6 1956 to 1959
Traditional 6 cylinder British sports car. Built from 1956 to 1959. Originally fitted with an obsolete 550-15 crossply tyre, with a 590-15 crossply option. The best radial replacement tyre would be a 165R15.
By 1956 the Austin Healey 100 had become a six-cylinder sports car with the arrival of the 100/6. Codenamed BN4, there was a longer wheelbase and a 101bhp 2639cc six-cylinder engine. The windscreen was now fixed (it previously folded flat), a pair of seats was squeezed into the back and there was a new, oval grille. Production lasted until 1959 when the Austin Healey 3000 took over.
