With its ‘V’ speed rating (150mph), and 70% profile, the CR28 is ideal for classic, high-performance luxury vehicles of the 1970s and early 1980s. It features advanced Avon construction-with two rayon plies, two steel breakers and two nylon restrictors.  This construction gives quick and accurate steering response and the ‘open block’ tread pattern provides a high level of wet road adhesion while retaining low noise levels.  High quality construction combines with authentic sizing and appearance for classic and modern-classic performance and luxury vehicles.

This 205/70VR15 Avon Turbospeed CR28 radial tyre is ideal for the following: Jaguar XJ6 (1979-87),  XJ12 (1972-81) and XJ-S (1975-81); Jensen Interceptor Mk3, SP and FF Mk3, Maserati Mexico and Kyalami, and Triumph TR6 (optional size). 

It can also be fitted as a replacement for the size ER70VR15, for the following vehicles: Jaguar XJ6 (1968-79) and E-type Series 3, Panther J72.
