Avon’s Textile tyres were commonly fitted to large, powerful vehicles such as Rolls Royce and Aston Martin models, in the early 1970s; as they offered both high-performance and comfort with their modern construction.

Still produced today, these tyres bring a traditional look, allied to modern construction methods, and carry a suitably high speed and load rating for a range of classic performance and luxury vehicles. Originally fitted as the radial option for the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow I, and the Aston Martin DBS.

This 205VR15 size Avon Textile radial tyre is ideal for: AC Cobra 427 (1966-67) and AC 428 (1965-73), Aston Martin DBS V8 Vantage (1975-77), Bentley T1, Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, Bristol 412 and 603, Daimler DS420, and Lamborghini Espada (prior to the move to 70-profile tyres); Ferrari 330 GT, 365 GT, 365 GTB (Daytona); Iso Grifo; Maserati Ghibli, Mexico, Mistral, Sebring and Quattroporte.
