Avon re-introduced the classic ‘Turbospeed’ name for a range of high-performance, luxury-car radial tyres several decades after the original Turbospeed crossplies had adorned brands like Rolls-Royce and Bentley.

Avon developed the CR228D as a high-speed tyre for large, luxury vehicles. It was fitted as original-equipment to the 1990s Bentley Turbo R, Turbo RT, and Continental R models on the 17in wheel.

This 255/55WR17 Avon Turbospeed CR228D radial tyre is ideal for the Bentley Turbo R, Turbo RT and Continental R. It is also suitable for some models of the Aston Martin Virage.
